The Director of Efficiency and Productivity is responsible for shaping and delivering the Trust's efficiency programme and is a key senior leader within the finance directorate. Candidates will be qualified accountants and have a track record of leading improvements to efficiency and productivity in a large complex healthcare setting. To succeed in this role, you will have the credibility and aptitude to quickly build relationships with clinical divisions and work alongside divisional and corporate leadership teams to deliver challenging efficiency targets.
