The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with expertise in real estate development, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, and municipal approvals.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution - Lead all phases of real estate development projects including acquisition, due diligence, planning, entitlement, design, financing, construction, and close‑out.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and development timelines.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants including architects, engineers, contractors, legal counsel, and municipal authorities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the development process.
Financial & Strategic Oversight - Prepare and evaluate development pro formas, budgets, cash flow projections, and investment analyses.
