The Director of Corporate Partnerships & Employer Relations is responsible for leading Falk College's employer engagement strategy, corporate partnership development, and experiential learning infrastructure. This role serves as the college's primary liaison to employers and industry partners and provides strategic oversight of internship placement and industry engaged career services functions. The position supervises staff responsible for internship coordination and industry relations to ensure consistent, equitable, and policy aligned delivery of experiential learning opportunities.
