To provide strategic direction and guidance to all construction operational activities, ensuring alignment with DAEP’s Corporate strategy and objectives.
To collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and identify/implement effective solutions, manage project execution, monitor and communicate progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with the project requirements and expectations.
To review proposed project programs, oversee resource planning activities and ensure the feasibility, effectiveness, efficiency and reliability of the project delivery plans.
To ensure the effective implementation of internal quality controls and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, project specifications, and standards.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
