Build global compensation policy outside ChinaLead executive pay strategy and incentive designBenchmark against global standards and top-tier firmsCollaborate with global HR and finance leaders Who You Are:
10+ years in compensation & benefitsFluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skillsWorking experiences at Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, or Pearl Meyer preferredMultinational, sharp, and upbeatPreferably from heavy industry This is a newly created role to support global growth.
