This role owns the end-to-end view of execution performance across brands—ensuring that strategic priorities are converted into actionable plans, tracked through a consistent KPI framework, and delivered with speed, discipline, and tangible business results (revenue growth, market share, NPS, NIAT). As a key strategic gatekeeper to business leaders, the role challenges and shapes initiatives using data, customer insight, and commercial logic. It ensures that efforts across brands are aligned, differentiated where needed, and focused on the highest-value opportunities—driving clear decisions on what to prioritize, accelerate, pivot, or stop.
