About the Role
Ecora is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across British Columbia — with a home base in the Lower Mainland or Okanagan. This is a hunter role, first and foremost. We’re looking for someone who is already known in BC’s engineering and infrastructure community: someone clients call before the RFP is written, not after. If you also carry relationships into Alberta or the Territories, that’s a significant advantage.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with municipal clients, regional districts, BC ministries, utilities, and private sector owners — long before RFPs are issued
- Own a personal pipeline: identify and qualify opportunities in BC’s Lower Mainland, Interior, and Okanagan markets, and pursue them with urgency and discipline
