We're looking for a hungry, relationship-driven Director of Business Development to own and grow K2's partner network across the full energy infrastructure spectrum. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll be the connective tissue between K2's land pipeline and the developers, IPPs, data center operators, and energy infrastructure companies who need it. This is not a maintenance role. You'll be opening new doors, building relationships from scratch, and converting conversations into signed partnerships while also nurturing and expanding select existing accounts.
Drive outbound prospecting across solar, BESS, gas, and data center developers. Manage and grow inbound partner relationships across all active U.S. energy infrastructure markets.
