- Develop and maintain a pipeline from developers, landowners, and investors
- Secure Design & Build, JV, and strategic partnership opportunities
- Create opportunities rather than relying on tenders

- Build relationships with developers, landowners, and government entities
- Represent the company in executive meetings and negotiations

- Transform company image to a strategic project partner
- Develop messaging, value proposition, and presentations
