We’re looking for a Director of Product Analytics to directly influence how Rover makes decisions about our product experience, marketplace health, and company strategy. This person will lead our Product Analytics team and serve as a senior partner to Product and company leaders, bringing clear thinking and strong judgment to some of Rover's most important questions.

We need a leader who can set direction, manage managers, influence senior stakeholders, and still enjoy diving deep when the work calls for it. The right person will raise the bar for how the team frames problems, evaluates evidence, and turns analysis into decisions.
