**About this role**

We are seeking a Director of Advanced Technology - **Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation (U.S.)** responsible for driving technical execution across critical product development initiatives, building high-performing engineering teams, and advancing simulation and AI-enabled development practices. This position is on-site in Wendell, NC, partnering closely with the Head of R&D, EA leadership, PLM, Product Strategy, Sales, Manufacturing, and global R&D counterparts.
