UPMC is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to be the Director of Advanced Practice for Primary Care in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Position Specifics: Oversee the hiring and implementation of PAs and CRNPs in the primary care setting. Experience with a patient panel and RVU compensation plans is preferred. Experience with value-based care quality metrics is preferred. Will help UPMC explore other models of primary care APP opportunities.
