The Director of Accounting reports to the CFO and is responsible for leading all accounting functions for Arvato North America, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records and reporting. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll, indirect tax, and insurance, while partnering closely with other Finance and Business functions. The director of Accounting also collaborates with the central treasury team to manage payments. YOUR TASKS
* Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
