Position Overview
We are
seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for the Emergency Department to lead
and manage clinical operations, nursing standards, and quality improvement
initiatives. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Patient
Care Services/CNO and is responsible for overseeing all nursing practices,
human resource activities, and educational programs within the Emergency
Department.

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing standards of practice to ensure high-quality patient care. Oversee operational quality improvement initiatives within the Emergency Department.
