The Director- Nursing Education & Magnet at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital reports to the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of the hospital and is a member of the Nursing Leadership team. This leader functions in a dual role, managing Nursing Education and leading the journey to Magnet designation for Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.
The Director, Nursing Education and Magnet provides leadership and direction for professional development and education for all nursing employees and manages a team of nurse educators. Develops strong partnerships with Nurse Leaders to develop and support professional nursing practice, standards, and quality patient care.
