**_Role Overview:_**

We are looking for a Director, Monetization to lead the strategies designed to convert prospects, free users, and lapsed customers to McAfee’s products. This role is responsible for developing and launching strategies around winback tactics, free-to-paid conversion levers, converting mid-funnel traffic, and landing page optimization across the business.

This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area or commutable distance of one of our hubs i.e. Frisco, TX or San Jose, CA or Newport Beach, CA. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location
