**The Division of Pulmonary, and Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center has a stellar history in lung disease, clinical care, and research.**

Excellence in respiratory and critical care, research and teaching is the sine qua non for an outstanding Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. The Division is in the process of attracting clinicians and researchers of the highest quality to develop and promote translational clinical programs that bring personalized, cutting-edge approaches to patients with respiratory disease and critical illness. These efforts will attract residents of Manhattan and the Tri-State area to seek out specialized outpatient care from clinical leaders at Mount Sinai and to seek out Mount Sinai’s inpatient service for multidisciplinary management of pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension, and critical illness.
