Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Director, Merchandising, you set the regional product and assortment strategy for the APAC region in alignment with our global product strategies and brand direction for long-range, profitable, seasonal assortments and line plans. You build, lead and mentor a team who create new ways of working across product lines and categories, to deliver a unique commercialization experience. Serving as the voice of our APAC consumer, you’ll partner to translate our design vision into compelling, consumer-centric product framework plans, realized through merchandising execution. You build bridges within your teams and cross-functionally to ensure the Go to Market (GTM) plan is realized, guiding the representation of our product experience through all channels.This role will be based out of our Tokyo office and is required to be performed onsite.
