Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Director – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory to lead complex transactions across various industries. The successful candidate will bring deep M&A experience, strategic insight, and leadership to our growing advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end M&A engagements including strategy, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
- Advise clients on divestitures, joint ventures, and acquisitions
- Manage and mentor advisory team members across the region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and originate new business
- Collaborate with tax, legal, and financial teams to deliver seamless solutions
