Mission (About the Role)

This role supports Power Product BU and will be SPOC for GSC International in charge of coordinating discussion with BU league, global Strategy Leader and GSC Int. operations mgt. It will be accountable of overall industrial lifecycle management, manufacturing roadmap (including localization/regionalization/NPI), BCP, MoB, technical productivity (QVE/COS/localization), Capacity, Capex, CSC to insure profitable growth.

What will you do?

Industrial Strategy

• Global BU/ Global SCD leader / GSC mgt alignment on overall strategy and translate it for local context
• Define and drive medium- and long-term industrial Plan for the GSC Int. factories involved, including 3 years transformation, roadmap and project to execute in order to drive optimization, efficiency and customer experience
