The Role

We are looking for someone with previous directing experience who is ECT qualified to lead the team on a permanent basis, working 7.6 hours a day, Monday-Friday. 

We seek a director with a contemporary pedagogical lens, who is able to lead, mentor and support and small but enthusiastic team of educators. The service is located in a semi-rural area which is reflected within the service environment. We are seeking someone who is able to support the service and educators to continue to be a vital part of the local Galston community.
