Job Summary
:
The Key Account Director is responsible for the end-to-end performance, sustainability and strategic development of key bancassurance partnerships, with a specific focus on High Net Worth (HNW) customer segments and digital-led transformation of bancassurance distribution models.
The role drives profitable growth, P&L ownership, partner relationship management and innovation, ensuring Prudential remains a preferred strategic partner while evolving traditional bancassurance into digitally enabled, customer centric and scalable models.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Account & P&L Management
Own full P&L accountability for assigned strategic bancassurance partners, ensuring longβterm financial viability and profitability of partnership.
Translate joint business plans into clear execution roadmaps, with strong governance over targets, productivity, cost and risk.
