**Overall Job Summary**

The Director of IT SAP Platforms leads the architecture, engineering, and operations of Tractor Supply’s enterprise SAP landscape. The role defines the SAP roadmap, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA RISE and the integration of practical AI capabilities that enhance reliability, automation, and decision support. The platform must remain secure, scalable, and aligned with the needs of finance, supply chain, merchandising, store operations, and corporate functions.
