Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of risk within the Investment Banking, Securities, and Strategic Investments businesses. The incumbent will ensure adherence to the Bank’s risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and governance standards, while providing strategic risk insights to support informed decision‑making. This position plays a key role in strengthening risk culture, balancing risk and return, and safeguarding the organisation.

Job Accountabilities

• Risk Monitoring & Compliance
  • Oversee daily risk exposures across trading, underwriting, investment, and treasury activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, limits and regulatory requirements (BNM & Securities Commission).
  • Review and escape risk breaches, exceptions, and irregularities in a timely manner.
