**Director, Corporate Development and our company's Integration Office**

Our company's Integration Office, as part of Corporate Development, leads the enterprise integration of Human Health and Animal Health mergers & acquisitions into our company. The group works closely with Corp. & Business Development in undertaking due diligence of target companies, aligns with leadership on the integration strategy, leads the Enterprise Integration Team in developing and executing the integration plans, and drives transparency across the combined company to minimize & mitigate business disruption.

Reporting to the Executive Director and Head of our company's Integration Office, the **Director, of our company's Integration Office** will support the execution of strategic business development transactions (mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs) impacting the enterprise.
