At Houston Methodist, the Director Human Resources (HR) position is responsible for providing both tactical and strategic direction for the Human Resources department, and other departments, as appropriate. This position develops and implements human resources strategies by proactively shaping programs and practices for maximum business effectiveness. The Director HR position ensures the effective coordination and delivery of all Human Resource functions including the employment, employee relations, and talent acquisition processes and procedures, maintaining alignment with system and organizational objectives and policies.
