The Director, HRBP, Global Transaction Banking is the senior HR business partner for the Global Transaction Banking portfolio. Reporting to the SVP, HRBP, International Banking, this role leads the development and execution of the people strategy to deliver business priorities—driving talent, leadership, culture, organization design, and change outcomes across a global portfolio spanning International Banking, Canada, and the U.S.

As a member of the Global Transaction Banking HR leadership team, you will advise senior leaders on workforce strategy and execution, leveraging HR Communities of Expertise (COEs) and HR Solutions to deliver scalable, enterprise-aligned outcomes.
