Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnering Work closely with the CHRO to design and implement people strategies aligned with business
objectives.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders at all levels to diagnose organizational
challenges and provide insights for strategy design.
Develop and execute annual people plans that directly support business unit goals
Collaborate with business leaders and HR peers to design and implement organizational
