Campus Lead

at Hillel McMaster. In this position, you will support and empower a team of two dedicated staff members while engaging approximately 700 Jewish students on campus. Working closely with leadership at Hillel Ontario, you will help develop and implement strategic engagement plans that deepen student involvement and expand Hillel’s reach. Hillel McMaster is known for its close-knit, relationship-driven culture, which fosters high student engagement and strong connections between students and staff. Our student community reflects a wide range of Jewish identities and political perspectives.
