About Our Client Our client is a global investment bank expanding its valuation oversight capabilities in Asia. As part of this build-out, the bank is seeking a Director, Valuation Control to establish and lead an independent valuation control framework for its structured credit and complex financing portfolios. This is a newly created, hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to shape core valuation governance, enhance independent price verification processes, and strengthen control standards across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and enhance valuation control policies, IPV processes, and governance standards. Perform independent valuations and benchmark key inputs (spreads, discount rates, liquidity adjustments).
