Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute the Singapore retail intermediary distribution strategy to drive sustainable AUM growth across key channels including retail banks, private banks, IFAs, licensed financial advisory firms, digital platforms, and insurers, in alignment with the firm’s growth objectives.
- Lead business development efforts in Singapore, building and maintaining senior‑level relationships with key distributors, product committees, and decision‑makers to secure platform placement, expand shelf space, and drive product adoption.
- Leverage existing intermediary relationships through proactive, structured engagement plans, including regular business reviews, joint sales initiatives, advisor training, and targeted campaigns to increase flows and deepen partnerships.
