Director, HCC APAC Regional Lead – Singapore

DePuy Synthes, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Director, HCC APAC Regional Lead. The role is responsible for leading and overseeing the Healthcare Compliance strategy and effective execution of the Compliance Program across the Asia‑Pacific (APAC) region, and serves as the Compliance Officer for Singapore and Philippines markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the APAC Healthcare Compliance strategy in alignment with DePuy Synthes global compliance objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to APAC senior leaders on compliance risks, mitigation strategies, and business decisions.
• Oversee compliance programs related to commercial, medical, and customer engagement activities across APAC markets.
