Handle customers' needs to design and create hairstyles, provide hair scalp treatment, single and double hair color, mud treatment, re-bonding, head spa, bleach hair, shampoo & blow.
Handle equipment in the salon.
Oversee and manage salon inventory, and be involved in salon promotions, events & roadshows.
Create and enhance strong relationships with customers and keep track of their appointments.
Provide professional training to new staff.
Deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints.
Excellent knowledge of the beauty therapy industry and always keep an up-to-date skill set.
Qualifications
Possess professional skills in hairstyling.
Possess hairstyling certifications from accredited schools.
