Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead project management initiatives and maintain oversight of all GPMO programs.
- Surface potential risks for decision‑making by regularly liaising with stakeholders.
- Coach BU functional teams to develop end‑to‑end program roadmaps, including timelines, value impact, and implementation milestones.
- Track and publish progress reports for stakeholders such as Group CEO and Board, highlighting risks, impacts, and decision points.
- Pressure‑test initiative design and implementation planning of programs with relevant cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery of tactical support, e.g., project NPV analysis, business‑case scenario planning, market assessment, financial modelling, and high‑quality presentations and dashboards to stakeholders.
