Position Overview
This is a key management role within Global Loyalty & Partnerships Marketing, responsible for leading global loyalty and commercial marketing priorities that drive performance and member engagement. The role leads the Global Promotions Center of Excellence, oversees Channel Strategy & Planning, and builds in-region loyalty marketing solutions to address commercial and business needs across key markets and segments.
Your Day to Day
+ Effectively work to build and gain cross functional and regional / global buy-in and alignment – identifying processes and programs that can be developed faster and more efficiently
+ Planning, strategy, and regional oversight of a Global Promotions Center of Excellence
+ Ownership of ideation and planning through delivery of multi-brand, global marketing promotions / campaigns – including Commercial, Loyalty, B2B Loyalty, Program extensions
