This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the operational accuracy, compliance, and technology stack powering Celestica’s global payroll and HR information systems. You will manage the day-to-day execution of payroll for 30,000+ employees, lead vendor relationships, and ensure our HR data systems talk to each other efficiently.
