**Summary**

The Director of Global Delivery & Operations is the senior-most IT leader at Fluke's India Development Center (IDC), responsible for end-to-end delivery execution, site operations, and workforce leadership across all technology domains. This role owns delivery outcomes across ERP, CRM, QA, Web, Digital Experience, BI & Analytics, AI Platforms, Security, Infrastructure, and AMS (BPO) — and serves as the primary execution hub connecting IDC with US, China, and EMEA teams. This is an ownership role — accountable for delivery performance, people leadership, budget and P&L, operational rigor, vendor execution, and cross-regional alignment.
