The Position

The Director, Future Students provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of student recruitment across domestic and international markets, reporting to the Pro Vice Chancellor (International & Future Students). This role drives growth and diversification in undergraduate, postgraduate coursework, foundation, and articulation programs by developing and implementing integrated recruitment strategies informed by market intelligence and sector trends.

The Director holds significant financial and staff management responsibilities, ensuring effective student engagement, outreach, and conversion processes from first contact through to enrolment.
