**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a **Director of Fusion Growth Marketing and Operations** to lead and integrate our growth strategy across marketing, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution. This role sits at the center of growth - owning both **ecommerce revenue** and the **operational systems** that turn interest into predictable revenue.

You will be responsible for scaling Fusion’s growth engine, with accountability for ecommerce performance, conversion efficiency, and marketing-sourced revenue. This role requires a leader who can set strategy, define metrics, and build infrastructure - while remaining hands-on and execution-focused as we scale.
