The successful candidate will work with the existing team and business stakeholders to lead the effort to build unified Fixed Income trading platform combining BMO’s proprietary tools and industry-leading solutions which will serve the growing needs of our clients globally. At the same time, you will help in strengthening operational practice and, if necessary, provide day-to-day assistance to traders, operations personnel and others.
