The Director Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the preparation, accuracy, and integrity of the companyβs financial reporting, including SEC filings, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial reporting processes, internal controls, and technical accounting to inform executive leadership and internal & external stakeholders.
**In this role you will:**
+ Prepare and review Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) financial filings required of the Company, including but not limited to SEC forms 10-K, 10-Q, and S-1.
+ Maintain company books and records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
+ Perform and review account analyses and reconciliations.
+ Ensure compliance with SEC regulations related to disclosure controls and internal control over financial reporting.
