Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and oversee all day-to-day activities of the Finance Department, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant financial operations.
+ Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and business plans within established deadlines.
+ Analyse financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide commercial recommendations to improve profitability and operational results.
+ Partner closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee by providing financial insight to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
+ Ensure compliance with IHG policies, IFRS where applicable, Turkish tax legislation, statutory reporting requirements, and internal control standards.
+ Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve financial control procedures covering purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, inventory, and fixed assets.
