Overview Senior leadership role in investment banking and capital markets focusing on ECM transaction origination and execution, driving revenue growth and strengthening regional and international investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities - Lead origination and execution of ECM transactions including IPOs, rights issues, block trades, and follow‑on offerings
- Collaborate with client coverage teams to identify and execute ECM opportunities across UAE and regional markets
- Work with regional teams to expand ECM activities in Saudi Arabia and Egypt
- Manage syndicate processes including bookbuilding, pricing, and settlement activities
