As a Director of Equipment Engineering, you will set the strategy of equipment engineering, keep talented team stable and efficient, monitor the activities of advanced cell manufacturing equipment design, layout planning, capacity balancing, FAT, SAT, production ramp-up, OEE improvement, continuous optimization and upgrading of existed line, spare part cost management, balance production and equipment pre-maintenance, control MTTR, MTBF, and improve yield.
