Responsible for the overall enterprise architecture strategy and vision, overseeing the entire IT landscape of an organization, ensuring it aligns with business goals and strategy
Define and elaborate SMBC’s system target architecture blueprint, which allows to have a common technology direction aligning with business strategy
Establish and maintain the overarching EA framework, policy, standard, procedure, guidelines, ensuring adherence to architecture guiding principles and standard
Creating and maintaining system landscape diagrams that visualize the overall IT and business landscape
Establish and maintain the as-is & to-be architectures for each domain based on the SMBC enterprise architecture framework
Establish and maintain the strategy and roadmap to adopt the target architecture , and architecture standards & guidelines and the governance process
