Your role within the team:

Leadership and Management

• Assist the Engineering Director in leading the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee day‑to‑day engineering operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide leadership and coaching to management roles and senior professional staff executing commercial and internal work packages and projects.
