Our Employee Relations team at Intuit enables a psychologically safe and supportive work environment that allows employees to do the best work of their lives. We manage and drive policies, programs, and changes that help us stay true to Intuit’s people-first culture and our values. We work with leaders and employees on concerns, conflicts, facilitated conversations, and escalations about the work environment and experiences that feel unfair, disrespectful, or not aligned to our company value of Stronger Together.
