**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Public Policy, Business, Political Science, or Economics or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of experience in economic development within a corporate organization (e.g., tax, policy, legal, real estate, etc.), law firm, accounting firm, consultancy or government agency.
