Operations Director

This full-time hybrid position is based in Mexico City, a senior leader to manage and strengthen the Collections function, with responsibility across client and insurer portfolios, working capital optimization, and large-scale operations administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring healthy cash flow, operational excellence, and strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, while driving continuous process improvement and automation.
What the day will look like

+ Lead the Collections function for clients and insurance/surety companies, managing an annual premium portfolio.

+ Oversee collections from insurance and surety companies

+ Manage portfolios with a strong focus on working capital optimization.

+ Oversee the administration of approximately 1.5 million annual operations, including receipts and invoices.
