About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Leader to drive the strategy, governance, and evolution of enterprise-scale data platforms across a regional/global landscape. This role sits at the intersection of business, IT, and data, with a strong focus on enabling scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and operate enterprise-scale data platforms (cloud/hybrid), ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
- Define and implement robust data governance frameworks (cataloging, lineage, data quality, access management)
- Lead the full data product lifecycle - from creation to evolution and retirement — aligned with global standards
- Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and global data offices to drive alignment and adoption
- Manage and develop a high-performing technical team
